Não é difícil achar projetos que já saem da planta equipados com tecnologias e atitudes verdes. O estilo de vida sustentável em casa começa desde a construção do imóvel até o dia a dia dos moradores.
Confira as principais diretrizes que podem ser incorporadas para tornar o seu projeto mais sustentável.
1. Se adeque às leis
O descarte inadequado de lixo é um dos inimigos da sustentabilidade. Por isso, uma construção sustentável é aquela que está, antes de tudo, seguindo as normas nacionais que regem desde o reaproveitamento dos materiais descartados que possam ser reciclados ou reutilizados, até a destinação correta dos resíduos para lixões ou aterros. 6. Crie indicadores
Quando se cria indicadores para monitorar o andamento da construção ou o consumo da casa em geral, é possível saber o que está sendo feito corretamente e o que não está. 8. Veja se tudo isso é economicamente viável
Para ser sustentável, a casa não pode dar prejuízos. Verifique em quanto tempo as tecnologias “se pagam” após a compra. É uma forma de checar se são viáveis economicamente. “É preciso que a sustentabilidade entre num projeto como meta, para gerar ganhos para a moradia”, explica Silvio;
9. Faça a economia girar
A economia compartilhada é um caminho sem volta! Existe algum cômodo sem uso no seu imóvel? Anuncie-os em sites de aluguel do espaços na internet. A plataforma ajuda a fazer com que o espaço ocioso deixe de ser um custo para virar fonte de renda. Se o que você tem é um terreno desocupado, verifique se é possível instalar na área um sistema de captação de água da chuva para usar em outros imóveis, ou até mesmo um espaço de geração de energia solar;
10. Certificações
Hoje existem vários selos que enquadram um prédio ou uma casa na categoria “sustentável”. Antes, essas certificações eram disponibilizadas apenas para prédios comerciais, mas no caso de residências existem iniciativas como a Leed For Homes e o Selo Casa Sustentável.
